How long does it take to build my website?
Most projects are delivered in 3 to 10 business days depending on your selected plan and scope. We work in a structured, efficient, business-focused delivery process.
Before we begin, we confirm a clear timeline and keep you updated at each stage so there are no surprises.
What affects delivery time?
Delivery mostly depends on four things: content availability, client response time, number of revisions, and feature complexity.
When content and approvals are shared on time, projects usually go live faster.
Do you offer faster delivery?
Yes. Priority delivery options are available for urgent projects based on project scope and availability.
Message us with your deadline and we will confirm the fastest practical plan.
What do I need to provide to get started?
You do not need to prepare anything complex. We will guide you through the process. Generally, we ask for:
Your business name, the services or products you offer, your target customers, any photos or content you have, and your preferred contact details. If you do not have everything ready, we will help you figure it out together.
Do you provide hosting and a domain name?
Hosting and domain registration are not included in our packages — these are billed separately by the hosting provider directly to you. This keeps your costs transparent and puts ownership in your hands.
We will recommend the right hosting for your budget and guide you through the setup process. It is simpler than it sounds, and we are with you every step of the way.
Can I request changes after my website is launched?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds during the build. After launch, changes can be made at an agreed rate.
For Growth plan clients, we include one month of post-launch support where minor updates are handled for you. For larger changes or new features, we will quote accordingly.
Do you provide support after the website goes live?
Yes. We are available on WhatsApp for quick support. Growth plan clients receive one month of dedicated post-launch support included in the package.
For all other clients, ongoing support is available at an agreed monthly or per-task rate. We do not disappear after delivery.
How will I get leads from this system?
We build your website with a complete lead capture system — a contact form that delivers enquiries directly to your WhatsApp or email, a WhatsApp button for one-tap contact, and Google Business setup so local customers find you when they search.
This means your website works 24/7. Customers can find you, trust you, and reach you — even when you are busy or sleeping.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes, we work with clients from the US, UK, Australia, Canada, UAE, Singapore, and other countries. All communication happens over WhatsApp, email, or video call — location is no barrier.
International pricing is shown in USD. We accept international transfers and online payment methods. Reach out and we will confirm the best payment option for your country.
Who owns the website after it is built?
You own it completely. Once full payment is received, the website, design files, and all assets belong to you. No recurring fees, no lock-in.
You are free to host it wherever you choose and make changes however you like after delivery.
I am not technical at all. Will I understand what is happening?
Absolutely. We speak in plain language, not technical jargon. You will always know what we are building, why it matters for your business, and what the next step is.
Most of our clients have zero technical background. We handle everything so you can focus on your business.
How do I make payment?
For Indian clients, we accept UPI, bank transfer, and other standard payment methods. For international clients, we accept wire transfer and online payment platforms.
50% advance is required before work starts. The remaining balance is due before final delivery. Full payment details will be shared once your project is confirmed.
What if I am not happy with the result?
We work with you through revisions until you are satisfied — within the scope of your plan. We will not hand over something you are unhappy with.
