Terms of Service

These terms explain how we work together — what we deliver, how payment works, and what you can expect from us.

1. About These Terms

By engaging Ambika Systems for any service — whether through our website, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel — you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

These terms apply to all services we provide, including website design and development, digital presence setup, WhatsApp integration, branding, and business automation systems.

2. Scope of Services

We provide digital services for small businesses and startups, including:

  • Website design and development
  • Google Business profile setup and local SEO
  • WhatsApp integration and lead capture systems
  • Brand identity (logo, colors, typography)
  • Business automation and CRM systems
  • Business technology consulting

The exact deliverables for your project will be agreed upon before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure is as follows:

  • Advance payment: 50% of the agreed project fee is required before work begins.
  • Final payment: Remaining 50% is due before final delivery and site launch.
  • Larger projects: Milestone-based payments may be agreed upon for complex projects.

Work will not begin until the advance payment is confirmed. Payment details will be shared at project confirmation.

4. Business Identity

Ambika Systems is a digital solutions brand operating under OP Enterprises, a GST-registered business in India.

5. Delivery & Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates shared at the start of the project. We follow a structured, efficient, business-focused delivery process.

  • Client response time
  • Content availability
  • Revision requests
  • Additional features or scope changes

Faster delivery is possible when inputs, approvals, and feedback are provided on time.

6. Revision Policy

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your plan:

  • Starter: 1 round of revisions included
  • Standard: 2 rounds of revisions included
  • Growth: Unlimited revisions during the build phase

Revisions requested after project delivery that go beyond the included rounds will be billed at an agreed additional rate. Significant changes to the original scope will be treated as a new project phase.

7. Hosting and Domain

Hosting and domain registration are not included in our packages unless explicitly stated.

You will need to purchase your own hosting and domain, or we can assist and guide you through the process. Hosting and domain costs are separate from our service fee and are billed directly by the hosting provider to you.

We will fully assist with setup once you have obtained hosting and domain access.

8. Ownership of Work

Once full payment has been received, you own the final website and all its deliverables outright. This includes design files, source code, and any branding assets we created specifically for your project.

Until full payment is received, Ambika Systems retains ownership of all work in progress.

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Client Responsibilities

To ensure your project is completed on time, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information and content in a timely manner
  • Respond to messages and review requests within a reasonable time
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content (images, logos) you provide to us

10. Limitation of Liability

Ambika Systems is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses — including loss of business, revenue, or data — arising from use of our services or any technical issues after project delivery.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for third-party services, APIs, or platforms (such as Google, WhatsApp, or hosting providers) that are outside our control.

11. Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project after work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable as it covers the work already done.

If Ambika Systems is unable to complete a project for any reason on our end, a fair refund will be issued based on the work completed.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued engagement with our services after any update means you accept the revised terms.
